🌿 Superfoods + Teas = Inflammatory Fighting Power 💪🏽🍵

Five bowls filled with super foods and a brewed cup of tea on a saucer with a neutral background.
When you fuel your body with what the earth provides, you're not just eating—you're honoring your temple 🙌🏾💖

Hello Beautiful People! 💖

As we prepare for a fresh new week, let’s anchor ourselves in truth, tenderness, and a little bit of superfood + tea power. All month we've discussed the whispers our bodies send to let us know when there is some inflammation going on. But we fret not because of the good news: God has already provided what we need in His creation. ✨

From the foods that grow from the earth to the leaves we steep in our cups, we have divine tools to help restore balance and peace within. 🙌🏽

Today, we’re pairing two mighty forces: Superfoods + Herbal Teas — a holy duo when it comes to calming the storm of inflammation.

🍓 Superfoods to Keep on Hand

These goodies are packed with antioxidants, phytonutrients, and vitamins that fight inflammation naturally. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and those "I gotta have something sweet" cravings.

🌱 Blueberries – Small but mighty! Rich in flavonoids and antioxidants. Toss them in smoothies, oatmeal, or even freeze them for a cool snack.

🥬 Leafy Greens – Kale, spinach, and arugula are rich in vitamins and chlorophyll to cleanse and heal.

🍠 Sweet Potatoes – A comforting, grounding food full of beta-carotene and fiber to nourish the gut.

🥑 Avocados – Full of healthy fats and magnesium to calm inflamed joints and muscles.

🌰 Walnuts – A crunchy, omega-3-rich snack that helps reduce inflammation in the brain and body.

You probably already know this, because I know you got all of Dr. Sebi’s handbooks tucked next to your sea moss and quinoa…😄😄😄

🍵 Herbal Teas That Soothe from the Inside Out

Did you know a warm cup of tea isn’t just a cozy comfort — it’s a healing ritual. Try incorporating these teas into your daily rhythm:

💛 Ginger Turmeric Tea – A golden combo for fighting pain and inflammation. Works great 30 minutes after a meal.

🌼 Chamomile Comfort Tea – Calms your nervous system and eases inflammation linked to stress. Best results when consumed 30 minutes after a meal.

🌿 Gentle Gut Cleanse Tea – Targets inflammation in the digestive tract (hello, bloating relief!) Another powerful blend to drink after a meal.

🌹 Heavenly Heart Tea Blend – Caffeine-free support for blood pressure and emotional wellness. Sip this delightful blend before or after your meal.

🌬️ Women's Wellness Tea – Perfect for those preparing for birth or simply supporting your womb’s wellness and hormonal harmony. Consume when before or after a meal - this is a blend I consume as needed, but no more than 3 x daily!

Pro Tip: Add a slice of lemon and raw honey to your tea for extra benefits! 🍋🍯

🛐 Morning Ritual: Sip, Reflect, Release

Let’s get to business and begin this week in stillness and self-care.

At this moment I encourage you to try this:

  1. Brew your favorite tea.

  2. Sit with your journal or a blank piece of paper and your Bible.

  3. Meditate on Psalm 103:2-3:"Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all His benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."

  4. Write one thing you're releasing (like stress, fear, or guilt) and one thing you’re receiving (like peace, healing, or clarity).

  5. Sip your tea slowly, enjoying the calm and letting each sip remind you of God’s grace flowing through you.

Remember, you are not alone on your wellness journey. Every act of self-care is a prayer in motion — a declaration that you are worthy of peace, rest, and healing. 💕

This week, let your plate and your teacup be part of your healing altar. Your body is sacred. Your health is holy. Let’s continue to fight inflammation naturally, gracefully, and faithfully.

With Love and Lavender,

Wynter Michelle 💜
