Grief touches every soul. Whether you're grieving a loved one, a relationship, a lost dream, or even a part of yourself—you are not alone. In the valleys of sorrow, God's comfort is near. 💛
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to honor the invisible wounds and offer healing through prayer, scripture-based affirmations, and the gentle help of God's creation—essential oils and herbal support.
Each morning or evening, find a quiet place. Breathe deeply. Speak these affirmations aloud. You are not just reciting words; you are declaring truth over your life and spirit. To deepen the experience, try diffusing the suggested essential oil to set a peaceful, sacred atmosphere.
🕊️ 1. “God is close to the brokenhearted.” – Psalm 34:18
Affirmation: I am not alone. God sees my tears and holds my heart in His hands.
Diffuse: Lavender essential oil — known for its calming, emotionally soothing properties. Let it remind you of God’s gentle presence.
🌤️ 2. “Joy comes in the morning.” – Psalm 30:5
Affirmation: This sorrow will not last forever. God is faithful to bring light again.
Diffuse: Sweet Orange essential oil — uplifting and hopeful, it helps lift emotional heaviness.
🌲 3. “Be still and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10
Affirmation: Even when I don’t understand, I trust God is working behind the scenes.

🌸 Let God’s Comfort Meet You Where You Are
My Dear Friend, your grief is real, and so is God’s love for you. His healing doesn’t always come all at once, but it does come. Speak life over your broken places. Breathe in His peace. You are allowed to feel. You are allowed to heal. 💗
If you or someone you know is struggling with grief and needs additional support, don’t hesitate to seek help from a counselor, pastor, or trusted mentor. Mental and emotional health matter deeply—because YOU matter to God.
Let these affirmations and oils be part of your morning or evening ritual, a reminder that there is purpose beyond the pain, and joy still ahead.
🙏 Be still, be gentle with yourself, and let your healing begin.
With Love, Prayer, and Divine Intention,
Wynter Michelle
