Coaching Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all coaching and support services provided by Wynter’s Spirit (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a coaching session or package, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following: 1. Scope of Services Coaching is designed to provide guidance, support, and tools for wellness, personal growth, and spiritual encouragement. Coaching is not medical care, counseling, or psychotherapy. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. You are responsible for consulting with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any health concerns. 2. Payment & Fees All session or package fees are listed on our website. Payment is required at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packages may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. No refunds are issued for completed sessions or partially used packages. 3. Scheduling & Cancellation Sessions are scheduled via our online booking system or directly with the Coach. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiting that coaching session. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, and that session cannot be rescheduled or credited toward future services. 4. Confidentiality All personal information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential unless required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). 5. Client Responsibility You understand that results vary based on your commitment, lifestyle, and circumstances. You agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being during and after coaching. You acknowledge that herbal recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice. 6. Faith-Based Approach Wynter’s Spirit is a Christ-centered coaching practice. While all are welcome, sessions may include prayer, scripture, and faith-based encouragement. Clients may choose to opt in or out of these elements at any time. 7. Limitation of Liability The Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims resulting from your participation in coaching or herbal support. You agree to release and hold harmless Wynter’s Spirit from any liability.
